Deposits Required to Confirm Reservation: At time of reservation, 50% of total balance is due. Remaining 50% balance is due May 1st.
Cancellation Fees: Unlike traditional hotels, we have only three months out of the year in which we operate. Due to the remoteness of our location we have virtually no walk in traffic in which to fill cancellations. We wish we could be more accommodating but we cannot offer refunds for cancellations if we cannot rebook your lodging and activities. We recommend travelers insurance for unexpected changes in travel plans. We will gladly try to work with you on changing dates if needed but cannot guarantee availability for dates outside of your original reservations.
We are not responsible for flight and/or weather delays. Room charges will not be refunded unless we are able to re-book the room for the night you are unable to arrive. If the weather does not permit you to leave as scheduled, the normal room charges will apply for that night’s lodging.
Insurance: Travel in Alaska is uncertain due to weather conditions and modes of transportation. We highly recommend travel insurance. Please contact your travel agent for more information.
