We at the Glacier Bay Country Inn take pride in our reputation as Alaska's premiere wilderness resort.

Our accommodations, food, and adventures are highly regarded, having received national recognition on television and in magazines such as Food and Wine, Saveur, and Bon Appetit. 

We are looking for a few special, qualified individuals who can contribute to our world-class standards of food, service and hospitality. We seasonally employ housekeepers, wait staff, dishwashers, a driver, one sous chef, a breakfast/relief chef and a pastry chef. Working as a team, we depend on each other to help out in other areas when primary tasks are complete. For the right people, working at Glacier Bay Country Inn is a lot of fun, as evidenced by the number of returning staff each year! The atmosphere here is one of family - we are family owned and operated.

Our staff enjoy the local get-togethers, and we encourage them to take advantage of Glacier Bay Country Inn activities on days off. Salaries are commensurate with experience, room and board is included. Shifts depend on the position you are working that day and include a 6-day workweek. All positions are seasonal, effective mid-May through mid-to-late September.
