To help you plan your Glacier Bay Country Inn vacation we have included information explaining our deposit and cancellation policy. Deposits Required to Confirm Reservation: At time of reservation, 50% of total balance is due. 45 days prior to arrival, remaining balance is due.

Cancellation Fees: For any cancellation less than 90 days, the following will apply: 90 - 60 days out, fee is 25% of total 59 - 45 days out, fee is 50% of total 44 - 15 days out, fee is 75% of total Less than 15 days out and non-appearance, fee is 100% Changes made 30 days or less before arrival fee is $50.00

Weather Related Changes: There will be no charge for weather-related cancellations for fishing on our boats. We will make every effort to re-book activities within your time schedule.

We are not responsible for flight and/or weather delays. Room charges will not be refunded unless we are able to re-book the room for the night you are unable to arrive. If the weather does not permit you to leave as scheduled, the normal room charges will apply for that night's lodging.

Insurance: Travel in Alaska is uncertain due to weather conditions and modes of transportation. We highly recommend travel insurance. Please contact your travel agent for more information.
