Payment Information

To help you plan your Glacier Bay Country Inn vacation we have included information explaining our deposit and cancellation policy. Deposits Required to Confirm Reservation: At time of reservation, 50% of total balance is due.  Remaining 50% balance is due May 15th.

Cancellation Fees: There will be no refunds for cancellations of lodging and activities. if we cannot rebook your lodging and activities.  We recommend travelers insurance for unexpected changes in travel plans. We will gladly try to work with you on changing dates if needed but cannot guarantee availability for dates outside of your reservations.

Weather Related Changes: There will be no charge for weather-related cancellations for fishing on our boats. We will make every effort to re-book activities within your time schedule.

We are not responsible for flight and/or weather delays. Room charges will not be refunded unless we are able to re-book the room for the night you are unable to arrive. If the weather does not permit you to leave as scheduled, the normal room charges will apply for that night's lodging.

Insurance: Travel in Alaska is uncertain due to weather conditions and modes of transportation. We highly recommend travel insurance. Please contact your travel agent for more information.
